Roman Holiday is an American romantic comedy released in 1953. This film is known as Audrey Hepburn’s first Hollywood work, and she won an Academy Award for the best actress for her performance. In Roman Holiday. Hepburn played a princess Anne who was tired of her tight life and being a target for paparazzi. During the stay in Roma, she got out of the palace and escaped to explore the city of Roam. While fleeing, She encountered Joe Bradley, who was an American newspaper reporter. He pretended not to know her identity and guided Anne around Roma.  Anne and Joe spent an unforgettable day, and they fell in love. Despite that, Anne decided to turn back to her original life. In the last scene that Joe visited her palace as a reporter, Anne and Joe just met eyes for a moment and the film ended as it is.
The most impressive point of this movie is the story that a princess and an ordinary man fell in love for a limited time. Every girl would long for such a situation. Also, I was attracted by the beauty of Audrey Hepburn and the luxury of costumes. If you have never watched it, I recommend you watch it!
