In this movie, Noam Chomsky, who is an American linguist, philosopher, cognitive scientist, historian, social critic and political activist, told about current economic circumstance in America. He said recent America was in the worst situation because of extreme concentration of wealths and differentials between the rich and the poor. They causes vicious cycle over the country.

In this film, he mentioned only the vicious cycle in America. However, in Japan recently, similar situation is happening. There is also the differential between the rich and the poor and the concentration. Japan also tends to protect elites and they have more opportunities to get money. Other people doesn’t get so much money. As a result, the differential is generated. I think it is difficult to change this situation in both America and Japan but I hope it will be improved someday.
