I think it is good to have expectations of their children, but forcing them to do is abusive. If parents force perfection on their children, children will fear failure. It is bad thing is scolding for their children. Failure is important for children’s growth, so if their children doesn’t get high score, parents should recognize their effort and help them to get a better score next time. Excessive expectations can lose children’s confidence. Children will try hard not to get scolded by their children. Excenssive expectations are not good for children’s growth.
