Two Japanese ministers had resigned due to each of their problem concerning money on Oct. 20. First, Ms. Obuci had a problem that she didn’t describe a portion of political funds as a government’s report. And she faced grilling by the House of Councilors. Second, Ms. Matsusima had a problem of how to use a political money. She had handed out many fans painted on her face for voter. The House of Councilors brought up a problem and blamed her on the Diet.  I thought they were not only of  their fault. They should have known about politics by themselves not be independent on each secretary.
