Japanese society in recent years has promoted the development of a better working environment for women workers. In Japanese society, where the gender gap is very large, the promotion of gender equality is very important from any aspect. However, behind such campaigns by society there is the reality of a lack of labor due to the rapid decline of the population. Japan faces three major serious problem declining birth rate, shortage of workers and gender equality. As long as Japan suffers from these problems, Japan is a dying country, but there is no magic solution that can solve all these problems at the same time. Rather, I think that as women become more active in society, the birth rate will decline even further because of the insanely long working hours in this society. The man who married Hatsune Miku is a symbol of the failings of Japanese society. In general, marriage is a social relationship, and unlike his case, it is not a one-person decision. We need to review the individualism that has pervaded Japanese society and build a society that is full of compassion. This would improve the working environment for women and the birth rate.
