Mordern society in japan, lowing birthdate and aging population are the biggest problem. This video shows shirinking labor force in a village of Japan. Recently, many young people do not feel seriousness of an aging society. They want personal freedom  more than they want to build a family throught marriage.

However, Japan government do not activiely providing economic and policy supports. in this reason young people postpone their marriage. Definitely, now in society many young people feel pressure about raise a child. The Government need to make them feel the need for marriage through a supportive policy. These social problems require not only improvement of individual consciousness but also the government’s supporting.
