I saw a video which show how media makes people’s image, and it is so harmful for women, because the stereotype is very biased. For example, skinny is thought better compared with fat, so many people who show their body at SNS are said a discriminatory comment, like “You should do diet.” by viewer. As the video shows us, some of showers have so big damage by them, and the hurt sometimes makes miserable incident. The viewer may say them, because it is so easily to say, and it does not need to show their name. It is so difficult problem, but some people may say if they do not be hurt, they should not do SNS. It might be correct in some case. However, there are a problem which can not avoid like that. It is Media, for example TV and Movies. They show many stereotypes, and they make our idea. If it shows women doing housework, and people see it many times, it is likely that they have a such stream. Also, in the video, it said older women is few in TV. I did not think it is related with this discrimination. However, after being said that, I also felt older women is fewer than younger women. It is difficult, because I can not know whether TV or people’s discrimination came first. Furthermore, sometimes the consideration for the discrimination might be new discrimination. Finally, the problem is so difficult us I wrote, so we should think every time we touch media.
