I felt this title “mis representation” suggests that women are wrongly “used ” to represent something. The words came out to me most was “all about the body, not about the brain.” one girl said. The media is focusing on women’s appearance, not about their personality traits. Women have been seeing as sexual objects and consumables on the media. I think recent TV programs and commercials have been improved a lot, but it still roots in the bottom of mind. The best lessons from this video is that we need to understand how we are now affected by the media and how it shapes us. Because of its influence, women feel fundamentally insecure. 

But after seeing this documentary, I started thinking how men are represented in the media.They might be feeling insecure when masculinity and body strength are emphasized. But it is true that women’s sexuality have been consumed in every way. We need to think and deeply understand about how both sex are represented in the media.
