It’s my conclusion below.

America should adopt PR system because

Åmerica is democratic representive county, (I assume that democratic is defined numorous people’s opinion would reflect to their politics) sould protect minolities’ right like women, Hispanic, all voters and parties.

If PR system makes confusion, America should adopt representive porportion  system and each state should adopt different type of PR system basis on PR system.
