One of the reasons why this film is loved by many people is the characteristic of the heroine, Ali. Her way of life attracts many people. She has a strong will to make the dream come true and it is not daunted by difficulties. She lefts her hometown and go to LA totally by herself. Even though she fails most of the auditions and her whole money was stolen, she implicates many people around her and changes pinches into chances.

There is a scene when Nikki, the mean girl stops the music at Ali’s part. However, she performed a cappella extemporaneously and entertained the audience. She overwhelms and impresses people around her with her strong talented voice.

Moreover, the club that she worked had a large debt, and the owner suffers from the repayment. However, Ali was smart so she helps the owner to repay and succeed to remain their club.
