Last week, we discussed about “Is it necessary for Japan to join Chinese One way one road system?” Recently, China started a new policy about lending money to developing countries. It seems well at first, but let me give you some examples.

According to “Nikkei”,since 2008, China began to lend money to Sri Lanka, for improve their devastating financial circumstances toward national bond. Several years passed, Sri Lanka found it difficult to repay such a large amount of interest. Then China showed a new agreement; In stead of reducing lone, lend your management rights toward the port to Chinese companies for 99 years. I felt this is a kind of swindle to watch for a chance to take advantage of those countries, which financially in shortage.  I hope China could make better relationship without those controversial ways.
