Story starts in 1970s west coast’s Venice. Tony Alva, Stacy Peralta and Jay Adams were enojoying surfing and skatebording with Skip Englom who own the surf shop Zephyr. One day Skip got a new skateboard made by polyurethane wheel and he gave to the kids. He made a skatebording team Zephyr and Tony, Jay and their freinds join it. Gradually, they entered into differrent pro-skating team and became separated.

This movie is a true story and Stacy Peralta himself served as a director.  It’s herald-like of the skate trend today. A lot of professional skaters influenced this movie and became professional. I also run to the skate shop and bought skate-board,but it isn’t involved so much and is put back in a closet after all. However this　movie has power to change your life.
