Hi, I’m Miwa! Today I will talk about a movie whose title is “Sound Of Music”. This is a musical movie. The main character is Maria. She likes music very much and very cheerful. However , she is a sister trainee. She wants to be a good sister but Maria always makes mistakes. One day sister Margrethe made her to visit captain Trap’s house to be a home tutor for the children. However the children were strictly brought up by captain Trap, and they even did not how to sing. Maria started to communicate with them by singing.

I have two favorite scenes.

First is the beginning of the movie. Maria is singing alone in so large grassland. The camera came to close to her gradually, and she is singing in a relaxed manner. I think  this scene suggests Maria will be free from something. I also think something is a tension in convent(because Maria can not sing there). From the scene, we can know how Maria is cheerful and likes to sing a song.

Second is a lot of music scenes. You may know some music in the movie.  I especially like a song whose title is Do-Re-Mi. This song is a first song that Maria sings with the children. Maria teaches how to sing by singing this song in grassland. The children get to know how fun to sing.

The songs which are sung in the movie are very popular. This is why this movie has been loved for a long time. I want to watch it at least once.
