I go to Disney Resort often. Since I was a elementary school student, I go there once half a year at least. These days, in Disney Resort, a lot of changing are happened. Especially, Disney has changed dramatically since the Coronavirus pandemic. I think some of you know this news. From May 19th, Disney started to introduce paid fast-pass called “Disney Premier Access“. This is a paid service that allows users to reserve attractions at a specified time. The service covers “Beauty and the Beast: The Magical Story” at Disneyland and “Soarin’: Fantastic Flight” at DisneySea. The fee is 2,000 yen per one ride. The price is the same for all users, and there are no child or family discounts. Until now, a fast-pass system has been in place for decades. This is a pass that allows you to ride the attractions early for free. But, this system ended when the Coronavirus pandemic broke out. A standby-pass, which you have to take to get in line for the attraction, was created. This system was completely lottery, so some people were not able to ride what they want to ride. And recently, Disney Primer Access was introduced. I think the changes that occur with the times are natural. But recently, the changes are so sudden that it is hard to keep up with them.
