There is some contradiction when girls say they have to lose weight while drinking this kind of frappuccino and posting a picture of themselves being in Starbucks on Instagram. Well, I cannot complain about them because I exactly do the same thing.

Some people say once you get addicted to smoking, you will waste 500 yen to get cigarettes every three days. But if they say they love going to Starbucks and drinking something there. can they really justify themselves just because they don’t smoke? I don’t really understand why Starbucks serves beverages at such a high cost.

There is actually another thing we can easily get obsessed with besides cigarettes: sugar. Have you ever wondered why it attracts us? First, I want you to imagine yourself eating or drinking something sweet. If you feel comfortable, then your guess may be right because sugar not only serves as an energy source of your body but also has the effect of relaxing by working on neurotransmitters in the brain. Although sugar doesn’t have the same impact on your health as well as cigarettes, they both can help you feel less stressed for a while, which I have found is very interesting.
