This video (https://youtu.be/XtyCvA8eN18) is a scene of a school principal gathering students and staff to explain the importance of diversity about racist graffiti at an American Air Force School. In the video, the principal says that diversity is our power, and strongly condemns the case, saying that those who do not understand it should get out of here.
It turned out that the case was a self-made performance by a black student. The student later dropped out of the Air Force School and the case was settled. Nevertheless, I think the reason for continuing to publish this video is to send a strong message that the US military is categorically opposed to racism. The video shows a scene in which the principal is gathering all the students and staff in response to this event. Also, at the end of the principal’s speech, he instructed the students to take out their smartphones and record what they are talking about. The principal expects students to think deeply about the need for diversity and the importance of respecting others by repeatedly seeing the last words, “People who cannot respect others, get out of here.” This video isn’t just about racist speeches, it’s about all of these actions. This has the effect of making viewers feel a strong message that the principal of the US Air Force Academy does not allow discrimination and that he is prepared.
