This movie discribes six love stories in the summer of China.  One of the characteristics is that the process of their each stories are inserted one after another.  It means all stories cannot complete until the end of this movie.  In the part of introduction, the movie shows each couple’s encounters and it develops respectively.  The change of the scene is also technically accomplished.  When one couple’s story proceeds to good mood that audience are eager to watch the next part, another its story starts to develop.  Because it makes audience feel impatient to see the end of each stories, the movie will fascinate a lot of people.  In addition, as you can see from the title, the description of hot summer in China functions to make their love stories look ordinary in the life.  In this movie, it often shows that characters feel so hot and wipe the sweat in working.  Contrary to how to show the development of each stories I wrote above, all the characters appears in this scene without any words.  The hot weather sometimes makes their each love advanced.  For example, a man give the lover air conditioner as a gift.   Because it was the time that air conditioner was not mainstream, the heat in the summer has various implication on this movie.  The love stories makes us feel more close to one with these effects.
