This CM advertise that the SMBC card that can pay money without coin and bills. Recently, many countries proceed the cashless paying, but in Japan, the rate of cashless in still 20 %, because Japan is safe country so that Japanese do not feel the dangerous of carrying cash. However, cashless has a lot of merits. The government try to e the rate of cashless as 40% in 2025. They also wants to be 80% in the future. 

In this CM, traveler stands in “Tomorrow” and the men stands in “Today” Traveler ask the man that “please evacuate your pocket” and he took all coins and bills out from his pocket. At that time, he felt relaxed and could jump so far from today to tomorrow. They want to tell the message that cashless means live freely.  The conversation between traveler and the man is very unique, they did not tell the message like “please use cashless card” directly. They use dark place and song, and illustrate the anxiety of cash.

This is beginning of the series that promotion of the cashless. The men started to think the life without the cash, but did not tell the conclusion and derect message. This CM gives us the opportunity to think about cashless.
