This is one of my best movies. I recommend this movie because it’s just so much fun to watch!

This is American comedy musical movie released in 1980. There is a sequel to this movie “Blues Brothers 2000”, I prefer the former one.

The characters, Jake and Elwood, were created by Belushi and Aykroyd in performances on “Saturday Night Live”. After the movie, they appeared at musical festivals worldwide.

The story is very simple. It ‘s about Jake Blues and his brother Elwood trying to get their band back together and holding a concert to earn money, but they get themselves into trouble everywhere they goes. Along the way, they met with some of the great R&B musicians. There are many car chases scenes, but they’re not important for this movie. I think this movie is just for enjoy music and mood.

The music used in this is famous R&B and soul such as James Brown, Cab Calloway, Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles etc. I learned that music have much effect in movies. After you watch this movie, I’m sure that you buy the sound track.
