McDonald’s lost your wight…?

There was a suprised health TV program. A man who is a science teacher at the US high school said that he lost his weight eating only McDonald’s! Can you believe that? Maybe not.

As a subject, he ate McDonald’s 3 times per day and continued to do it 3 months. By the way, what did he eat? You image or guess he ate only fries and hamburgers. But, McDonald’s supply healthy meals such as salads to get rid of the unhealthy or bad for body images. These are what he ate for 3 months.

Breakfast: Two Egg White Delights, a bowl of maple oatmeal and a bottle of 1% milk.

Lunch: Salad.

Dinner: A Value Meal such as the Big Mac with fries.

He ate healthy McDonald’s meals at the breakfirst and lunch not to be over 2000 calories.

Then how much weight he eventually lost ? He had been 127kg before this experiment started. He lost 16kg in 3 months! Then he continued 3 more months and lost totally 27kg!

Incidentally, do you know a documentary “SUPER SIZE ME” in 2004? I wathced it in the health class. A man who is a main charactor in this doocumentary ate Mcdonald’s for 30 days as a subject. He counld only eat the Big Mac in this experiment. As you can guess, he put his weight and get poor pysical conditions.

If you eat healthy food, even it is fastfood, you can lose you weight.

    This is an interesting topic.I knew “SUPER SIZE ME”,so i have a bad image of McDonald. However, if we care what we eat, we can lose weight.This is true of our daily life.
