The Similarity of Japan and Germany

I thought that Japan and Germany have something to do with their characteristics. I will give you 3 similarities that these two countries have.

First, the people seem to have the same personality, which is diligence. Both nations are likely to work hard at their tasks until all problems are solved.

Second, both countries are good in the same industrial fields. Japan and Germany are very good at making cars. They have so many brands that are internationally known, such as Toyota and Nissan in the side of Japan, and also BMW and Mercedes from Germany. In the other hand, both also have a skills to make small and sophisticated thing like stationary and tools. Mitsubishi Pencils, Tombo, Lamy and Rotring are well known stationery companies in Japan and Germany.

Thirdly, Japan and Germany lost the second world war. During the war, group action was encouraged under the Nazis and Hinomaru. People were unknowingly indoctrinated and forced to believe in a single ideology, which made the war more aggressive and longer lasting.

There are few sources that support this idea. But it is interesting to find similarities and differences between countries. This enables us to know more about the country.
