Do you know the concepts that Disney considers important? I watched a video about the concepts in Disney. There are 5 concepts: safety, courtesy, show, efficiency, and inclusion. These keys are the foundation of Disney, and inclusion is the most important to keep moving forward for Disney company. It was added for two years ago, and a lot of cast members of Disney are constantly updating their thinking to create a society that preserves diversity and values the individuality of each person.

After I watched the video, I thought that Disney was a place that truly gave dreams, and I could see that background of many cast members working together to give people dreams. They make the greatest effort to make sure that we, the guests, enjoy the experience many times over.

In addition to this, I believe that the concept of inclusion is connected to several SDGs. For example, gender equality and equal rights for all kinds of people. Gender equality is difficult to achieve quickly, and few countries have already achieved it. However, I think that the Disney can serve as one indicator. If we all go to Disney and experience that everyone is free to enjoy cosplay and enjoy the attractions, I am sure it will change our values and stereotypes.
