I work part-time at a hotel, and there is one thing I am very careful about. I always have a smile on my face, a smile that can be seen even through a mask.
When I first started working part-time, I received a complaint that I was not smiling enough and was not friendly. I was very shocked, but from that day on, I decided to work with an exaggerated smile.
