Recently, the marginal villages which have quite small number of children are increasing in Japan. Each area provides schools for them, however, several problems relating to both students and teachers might occur.

First of all, students might be difficult to get a skill of relationship because they always meet a few classmates. In general, children improve the skill naturally through a school life, tasks and activities with various friends and teachers, however, children live in the villages cannot do that. As a result, they might behave selfishly in a group in the future.

Moreover, there is a risk that the teachers take care of students excessively. Students can ask what they do not know and cannot do themselves, and the teachers can response immediately because of a few number of learners. However, the custom might make them the adults who do not think and cannot do anything alone.

Thus, the areas with a few children and adults have a lot of difficulties, and the trend to drop out of the number of citizens will not be stopped. To improve the situation, developing the current systems such as relating to occupation and economy, collecting people from cities and presenting their attractiveness would be carried out.
