My mother works at some company, and at their, there are mant womans who have a batter rank at the workplaceand there are free about closes, so some man wearing scarts. By the story, I felt Japan became having a better for people who suffer from gender problems. For example, when I answer some questions, I sometimes see women, men or other in a gender blank. Also, people’s image of them became changing little by little. However, it is not everyone, so some people, especially adult, have old thinking about gender. So that, it is not　rare for them to be said some discriminatory words even now. It is about gender and sexual　minority. Also, in Japan, treatment about sexual is becoming more better too. About 20　years ago, woman could not have a high position compared with men, because women were　thought that they do not have knowledge. Now, women can have better in company than　before, and lows for pregnant or mothers are becoming plentiful. However, if they compared　with other country, such as Sweden, Japan does not have enough and equal situation for both
women and men. Due to the fault, almost men can not have childcare leave. It is　clearly　that Japan has some change about gender and sexual, but it is also clearly that such change is　not enough and not working.
