New form ramen

We discussed about “a new corse for the future of ramen” in last class.

There is innovative ramen restaurant in Shinjuku-Sanchoume. In this restaurant, there are new form ramen that is different from general one. For example, chocolate ramen and seafood ramen. “Ramen” is Japanese style noodles and traditional food in Japan. Tomoharu Shono, a ramen craftsman, changed a conception of conventional ramen and made a lot of innovative ramen.

I think that to make unusual products are difficult but wonderful. New form ramen is expressions of unconventional thinking. There are a lot of other unusual products made from traditional things. These are making lots of people feel interested in cultures of these originally products and have fun. I hope that more unusual products are made around the world.
