I’d like to write about one of the most famous films in 2016, that I’m sure many of you have watched as well!

PLOT

The story is about two people that live in a completely different world. Mitsuha lives in Gifu and goes to a local high school in the country side surrounded by nature. On the other hand Taki lives in Tokyo and goes to a high school in the city center. But one day Mitsuha experience a different persons life in her dreams, and so did Taki. It turns out that a few times a week, their bodies are switched to each other and they experience each others lives.

Although one day Taki realizes that they were living in a different time, and Mitsuha doesn’t exist, thats where the whole mystery starts out and he starts searching for the secret.

INTERESTING POINTS

The soundtrack is all written by RADWIMPS a famous Japanese band. Especially the main track of this film “ZEN ZEN ZENSE” became 2016 best hit. Also “NANDEMO NAIYA” is singing about the two characters so you can relate to the film a lot by listening to these songs.

COMMENTS

When this movie became famous, I thought this movie is just about two young high school students that switched their bodies to each other and just experience some funny things, just like many movies i have already seen. Although this movie was more than that and how they switched their bodies were just the start of the film and there was something much more big and important to the film coming after that.
