The research of OECD, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development showed that the income differentials has widened between rich people and poor people in most advanced countries. The inequality has also widen between men and women. The main reason is that young people do part-time jobs. In my opinion, although the technology and social system are growing rapidly in advanced countries, only few people could get the benefit. To solve this problem, the wealth redistribution is important.
