Demonstration happens in Hong Kong became worse and worse, and among tens of thousands participants, 34 people were injured and more than 70 people were arrested by police. The cause of demonstration is excessive involvement of the Chinese side. Hong Kong has been returned to China from the UK in 1997, and they declared to have “One country, two systems” for later 50 years. However, Chinese decided to have a universal suffrage in Hong Kong in 2017, so Hong Kong people especially students got angry. Then, they had a demonstration day and day in front of official house of the chief executive. On September 27, Hong Kong police used tear gas to 200 students who set foot in the restricted area. The democracy expand to financial district and 35 branches of 18 banks had forgo sales and it is also affecting economic activity. I hope China will take a reasonable action to relief the tension.
