Iranian Women Throw Hijab

Iranian women  post the photos without hijab on facebook and get many “like”s. Hijab is a piece of cloth that covers the head or face.

Iran provides that women must wear hijab.

On the other hand, some European countries ban to wear burka which is one of the veil and covers whole body.

In my opinion, the true freedom is that people can wear whatever they want and believe whatever they like. I wonder if the governments really have the right to decide what people wear.

Fortunately, we do not have such a law in Japan. However we should remember that some countries have a strong sense of value based on religion or culture, and it is very delicate.
