Protection of biodiversity and its limits

Last day, I watched a video about great apes that lives in Democratic Republic of the Congo and who protect them. Trafficking should not be done, but in some areas in the world, it is seen like a usual thing. In Democratic Republic of the Congo, great apes are target of traffickihg. Sadly, trafficking is a lucrative thing. So, some people do it without thinking. In particular, some people are desparate to live. They don’t have enough money to live. They have no means. However, selling animals is a silly thing. They don’t just sell animals. They kill these animals with a gun first. It is a cruel way. Animals have an intelligence and communicate with human. Moreover, there are many poachers in the world. They usually kill animals in a cruel way and sell them at a high price.

To alleviate these irrational things, we have to stop poverty. However, it is too abustract solution. So, we have to know present situation first. Knowing leads to helping.
