He has hearing difficulties before he was born, it means congenital disease. However, he is able to speak beacouse he can hear a little with his hearing aids. If you think that people who can not hear don’t speak totally, it is wrong. Of course, it is difficult for people who have never heard the sound to speak. However, people like him have ability to speak. They are not sure whether they can pronounce words correctly. They hesitate to speak in fear of being made fun be them. I think that sign language is shield for such people. It protects them from other people, however, it’s sad, it will make them lonely. So I use sign language to break their shields. It is same as English. We learn English to communicate with foreigners. I use sign language to talk with the deaf. I started practicing it when I was a junior high student. To learn it is very easy. Please try to use sign language in daily life.
