Last Friday, there was onequestion, “Why are most managers girls in Japan?”.

I think that many boys want to play sports by themselves.

On the other hand, I think that some girls want watching sports rather than doing sports.

Some managers of boys cannot play sports due to injury.

Many manager like watching sports rather than doing sports.

Indeed many gilrs in Japan have those tendency.

Therefore I think that  most managers are girls in Japan.
