59.7% American journalists think American journalism is going in the wrong direction, and only 33.6% feel that they have a freedom to choose the contents of journalism

This is an American survey, but what do you think the result would be if it is conducted in here Japan?

I think at least Japanese journalism is not going in the right way. I feel that the media, especially TV is going in the very wrong way in Japan. What is important is always ignored, but what can attract people’s attention is priority. I know nobody can help it. And so, I think media literacy is very important.
