“Medalist” is the story of a former ice dancer who experienced failure and a girl with hidden skating talent who form a pair, striving to reach the pinnacle of the figure skating world. This popular work features realistic depictions of competition and a moving drama centered on the bond between mentor and student. Tsukasa Akeuraji, a former ice dancer who retired before fulfilling his dreams, meets the talented young girl Inori Yuitsuka at a local skating rink.
