I saw the Monster Hunter movie at the movie theater the other day. This time I would like to give a review about it. I have played the Monster Hunter games in the past, and perhaps because of that, I was impressed to see my favorite monsters in the movie theater. On the other hand, there were many things that I felt were not faithfully reproduced in the game. I sensed this early on in the movie and decided to watch it as something completely different from the game. Then, I gradually came to understand the worldview that I hadn’t been able to catch up with, and I was able to enjoy the movie until the end. However, I found it very difficult to empathize with the main character and other characters, which is one of the joys of movies. It was hard for me to imagine what it would be like if I were actually there. However, I felt that the BGM and CG of the monsters were very good rate producing the horror. There was a sense of realism that made me feel as if the monsters were jumping out of the screen. Overall, I enjoyed this work!
