The Social Network is the biographical film about the story of Mark Zuckerburg, the CEO of social networking service company named “Facebook”, who counted as one of the billionare in the world. It was released in the United States by Columbia Pictures on October 1, 2010 and at the 83rd Academy Awards(2011), the film received eight nominations.

From my point of view, this film is not only showing audience how he established the Facebook but also focuses the human relationship through Mark’s desrespectful behavior toward other people. Through the entire film, Mark is depicted as the person seems to have Asperger’s syndrome, who is intelligent but lack of social skills, and this movie strongly tells audience the message “You don’t get 500 million friends without making a few enemies”.

From the one of the critics, Mark Zuckerberg commented about this film. He mentioned…

“I think the reality is that writing code and then building a product and building a company is not a glamorous enough thing to make a movie about, so you can imagine that a lot of this stuff they had to embellish or make up,”.

As what he claimed, some of parts in this movie exaggerate from its original story. For instance, Mark Zuckererg did not break up with his girlfriend in the real life situation; however, in the movie, he did in the intro of the film. In my guess, the director, David Fincher probably would like audience to reveal how the human relationship is important through Mark’s experience on this film.
