  1. Super food contains a lot ofnutrition and variety kinds of nutrient. It is popular because it can be intaken easily and supply energy which needs to our body. Coconut oil and açai is particularly famous. Coconut contains carium, nutrium,magnecium and calcium that is necessary for our body and it includes slight  fat. So it was called natural sports warter and it is effective to diet. Açai contains 18th as much polyphenol as blueberry which has great effect on illnesses. Also, it has vitaminB which improves metabolism. It’s taste is plane and mild. So, it is often used as yogurt and smoothie. And my encouragement is cherseed. It includes protain and grucomannan and it is good to diet. It is easy to intake by making the drink. There are various super food and these foods will improve our health more.
