imageLike most teenagers in the 1990s, Aleksey Krupnyk spent much of his free time playing computer games. By 2003, when he was 23, he had won his first big electronic sports tournament. The prize? A laptop, which he promptly sold for $1,430 — that was a lot of Ukrainian hryvnia at the time. He said that’s a lot of money. I could buy a car. He made a decent linving earning $33500 from tournament wins. Recently the popularity of eSports has grown. So too has the price and sponsorship money. The market booming for several reasons. There are more game players than ever before.

My opinion is eSports is not equal to the sports. I don’t play computer games and don’t like. And playing game doesn’t use our body, just sitting in front of computers. I can’t be fresh. Game company become sponsor to game players because they want people to buy their games more and people would start gaming for joy and money if they so. I regard playing game as one kind of hobbies not sports. there are brain sports, for example, chess, poker and shogi (japanese historical game). that is good for brain and all people can play regardless of ages and not need money.

I like to play the computer game and it’s sound like very interesting. But I think that seeing it as a sport is not good. Just play the game when we have free time is comfortable and understandable. Play the game too much to win the prize is not good idea.

I was surprised to read this news. I think that playing games is not a sport, too. We should use whole our body and keep good health. Playing games has no merits for us. So,I think we shouldn’t play games too much.
