The other day, I went out for lunch in Shibuya with my friends. On the way to the restaurant, I was surprised to see that this one restaurant was run by all the AI robots. Usually, there are a few human waiters and one or two robots to help them, but it wasn’t in that restaurant.

These robots were not only responsible for bringing food to the table but also for communicating with the customers. They seemed to understand emotions and responded differently depending on the mood of the customer. ( maybe not but it seemed like this)

These robots are likely to play an active role in the service industry in the future. I look forward to an interesting experience different from that of human waiters.
