Do you think that your daily sleep is well?

Do you usually maintain sufficient time for sleeping?

Some people might say “yes”, however, majority of students must say “no”. The conceivable reasons are that they spend time with their friends, work for a part-time or watch their phones until late at night. In this post, I will describe why sleep is important for humans and how to do to sleep well.

Firstly, it is necessary for people to sleep well because sleep can prevent people from being fat, reduce stress, preserve skin condition and make people establish memory. During sleeping, people naturally secrete hormones to avoid eating a lot, to recover the fatigue of brain and improve the turnover of our skin. Moreover, people can memorize any experiences by appropriate sleep.

Secondly, to sleep beneficially, people especially had better pay attention to eating, drinking and activities before going to bed. It is said that they should finish eating dinner three hours ago and take in alcohol and caffeine. Also, taking a bath immediately and watching screens give negative effects for them, instead, they should set relax atmosphere.

Therefore, sleep have various positive effects for people and they should control it for their health. There are not difficult steps so that people should rethink about your sleep and improve it.
