I saw Armageddon the other day. It’s a very famous movie, and I think people all over the world know about it, but I will briefly explain the synopsis of Armageddon. First of all, it is discovered that an asteroid corresponding to the size of Texas in the United States is approaching the earth, and if it collides it will change to a dead planet that will not even alive bacteria. The only way NASA had invented was to dig a hole deepp inside the asteroid and detonate a nuclear bomb inside. Professionals digging were gathered to carry out the operation, including Harry, the main character, and A.J., the boyfriend of Harry’s daughter Grace. I wii omit because it will be long, but after that they managed to put a nuclear bomb in the center of the asteroid and only to operate the detonator by remote control, but the remote control breaks and someone has manually operate it. As a result of the lottery, A.J. will be in charge of that role, but Harry who sent off sees him change his role and tries to protect his daughter’s loved ones. And Harry presses the detonation switch while thinkind about his daughter Grace, amd the earth is saved. I saw this movie and learned the bravery of a man to protect what he loves. Harry was prepared to give up his life to save his beloved daughter and his beloved A.J.. His way of life should be respected and I wnated to be a brave man like Harry.
